2.1.<\/strong> Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, the relationship between Seeben S.A.<\/strong> and its customers is governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions are deemed accepted by the customer, even if they conflict with the customer’s own general or specific purchasing conditions. The fact that the customer has not received these terms in their native language does not exempt them from their application.<\/p>\n2.2.<\/strong> Seeben S.A. reserves the right to change or modify its general terms and conditions without personal notification to the customer and without any right to compensation. It is therefore the customer\u2019s responsibility to periodically verify whether changes have been made. For ongoing contracts, the conditions applicable at the time of sale remain in force.<\/p>\n2.3.<\/strong> Unless otherwise stated in the product description on the website, offers and price lists remain valid as long as they appear in our online catalogue. Seeben S.A. reserves the right to modify the characteristics of its offers and price lists at any time. Seeben S.A. also reserves the right to refuse an order if the price and\/or specifications of a product displayed on the website are incorrect due to a technical malfunction or human error.<\/p>\n
\n3. Payment Terms<\/h1>\n

a penalty clause of 15% of the amount due<\/strong>, with a minimum of \u20ac50<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n- \n
late payment interest of 7% per year<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIn addition, any legal costs incurred to recover outstanding amounts will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n
\n4. Delivery and Installation<\/h1>\n
4.1.<\/strong> Our company undertakes to use all reasonable means to carry out the missions and orders entrusted to it with the diligence and expertise expected from a professional in the field. However, delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are not binding. A delivery delay does not entitle the customer to compensation or refusal of the goods.<\/p>\nAny case of force majeure or event beyond our control releases Seeben S.A. from its delivery and installation obligations without any right to compensation. Examples include, but are not limited to: fire, exceptional traffic problems, strikes, wars, accidents, pandemics, or the inability to obtain supplies from usual suppliers or carriers.<\/p>\n
\n5. Retention of Ownership<\/h1>\n
By way of derogation from Article 1583 of the Belgian Civil Code, Seeben S.A.<\/strong> remains the owner of the goods sold until full payment of the price, including any interest or penalties.<\/p>\nAll risks of loss or damage are transferred to the customer upon taking possession of the goods.<\/p>\n
\n6. Warranty<\/h1>\n
All products purchased or delivered for private use<\/strong> benefit from a 2-year warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\nThe warranty offered by Skillshot corresponds to the legal warranty and does not affect the buyer\u2019s statutory rights.<\/p>\n
If the product is used for professional purposes<\/strong>, the warranty conditions of the manufacturer or supplier apply.<\/p>\nDefects caused by improper use, water damage, oxidation, impact, negligence, poor maintenance, use contrary to manufacturer instructions or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.<\/p>\n
Repairs carried out by technicians not authorized by the supplier may void the warranty.<\/p>\n
The delivery note received at the time of delivery serves as the warranty certificate<\/strong> and must therefore be kept carefully.<\/p>\n
\n7. Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n
Consumers purchasing products remotely have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery<\/strong>, without penalty and without giving any reason.<\/p>\nTo exercise this right, the customer must notify Seeben S.A. by email, letter or fax<\/strong> and return the unused goods within the same period.<\/p>\nReturn costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n
Once the withdrawal is validated, Seeben S.A. will refund the amounts paid within 30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
\n8. Privacy<\/h1>\n
The processing and protection of personal data are governed by a Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p>\n
\n9. Liability<\/h1>\n
Seeben S.A. shall not be liable for indirect damages<\/strong>. The contractual and non-contractual liability of Seeben S.A. is limited to the value of the ordered products.<\/p>\n
\n10. Applicable Law<\/h1>\n
